ORDER

WHEREAS counsel for the complainant filed an "Assented to Motion to Hold Case in Abeyance Until March 27, 2006" on January 24, 2006, stating, inter alia, that the parties have participated in settlement discussions in attempt to resolve this matter, that the parties have made progress toward settlement and have scheduled a follow up meeting, that the parties are optimistic that the case will be settled and would like additional time to conduct settlement meetings, and that counsel for the respondent assents to the instant motion; it is hereby:

ORDERED that the assented to motion is granted, that the pre-hearing conference scheduled for January 25, 2006 and adjudicative hearing scheduled for February 7, 2006 are hereby cancelled, and that this matter shall stand continued on the PELRB's docket of cases until March 27, 2006. Unless a party requests further PELRB proceedings on or before March 27, 2006, the matter shall thereafter be administratively dismissed.

It is so ordered.
