ORDER WHEREAS counsel for the complainant filed an "Assented to Motion to Hold Case in Abeyance Until March 1, 2006" on January 24, 2006, stating, inter alia, that the parties have reached a tentative settlement in this case and need additional time to have the settlement ratified and finalized, that if neither party requests that the case be scheduled for a hearing on or before March 1, 2006, the case shall be administratively dismissed, and that counsel for the respondent consents to the instant motion; it is hereby: ORDERED that the assented to motion is granted, that the adjudicative hearing scheduled for February 2, 2006 is hereby cancelled, and that this matter shall stand continued on the PELRB's docket of cases until March 1, 2006. Unless a party requests further PELRB proceedings by March 1, 2006, the matter shall thereafter be administratively dismissed. It is so ordered. Signed this 25th day of January, 2005. /s/ Donald E.
