ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to (1) written notification submitted by the representative for the Shaker Regional Education Association/NEA-NH withdrawing the unfair labor practice complaint previously filed against the Shaker Regional School District and (2) written notification submitted by the representative for the Shaker Regional School Board withdrawing the unfair labor practice complaint filed against the Shaker Regional Education Association/NEA-NH, it is ORDERED that the charges of unfair labor practice that are the subject matter of these consolidated cases are hereby dismissed and the cases closed.
