ORDER WHEREAS the parties' representatives have jointly signed a "Stipulation," and filed same with the Public Employee Labor Relations Board (PELRB), indicating that the parties have tentatively resolved the dispute giving rise to the instant unfair labor practice complaint, subject to the approval by Town Meeting of the parties' recently negotiated collective bargaining agreement, and requesting that the instant matter be held in abeyance by the PELRB pending Town Meeting approval of the parties' contract; it is hereby: ORDERED that the instant matter shall be held in abeyance until June 30, 2006, and that the pre-hearing conference scheduled for March 1, 2006 and the adjudicative hearing scheduled for March 14, 2006 are cancelled. Unless either party requests further PELRB proceedings by June 30, 2006, this matter shall thereafter be administratively dismissed. Signed this 20th day of January, 2006. /s/ Peter C.
