ORDER ON MOTION FOR REVIEW OF HEARING OFFICER DECISION The Board conferred for the purpose of considering the Complainant's Request for Review of Hearing Officer Decision and took the following actions: 1. It reviewed the District's Request for Review of Hearing Officer Decision filed December 14, 2005, the Association's Objection to the School Board's Request for Review of Hearing Officer's Decision, filed on December 28, 2005. 2. It reviewed the hearing officer's decision (Decision No. 2005-148) in this matter issued on November 15, 2005. 3. It reviewed the previous filings of the parties in this matter. 4. It sustained the decision of the hearing officer and DENIED the District's Request for Review of Hearing Officer Decision. So ordered.
