ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification submitted by the representative for the Nashua Teachers' Union, NHFT, AFT, AFL-CIO, Local #1044 stating that the complainant wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice complaint previously filed against the Nashua Board of Education, it is ORDERED that the charges of unfair labor practice that are the subject matter of this case are hereby dismissed and the case closed.
