ORDER WHEREAS, during the course of a telephone conference call held on May 23, 2005, counsel for the parties informed the PELRB hearing officer that they were in the process of formalizing a written agreement relative to the ongoing status of the above-entitled matter and that a hearing was not immediately necessary, it is hereby: ORDERED that (1) the parties shall forward to the PELRB their written agreement in this matter upon its execution and (2) this matter shall stand continued on the PELRB's docket of cases until August 1, 2005.
