ORDER GRANTING NEW AFFILIATION A "Petition to Change Affiliation" was filed with the Board on October 26, 2004, pursuant to Admin. Rule Pub 301.04, and, as amended, on March 31, 2005, the supporting facts of which are accepted under affidavit of Dan Burgher. Upon the representations of the affiant and legal counsel that the requirements of Admin. Rule Pub 301.04 have been fulfilled, it is ORDERED that the new affiliation is GRANTED and the certified representative shall now be referred to as the "International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 4392, Unit B."
