ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification submitted by the representative for the complainant, stating that the Teamsters Local 633 of New Hampshire and Town of Milford have reached an agreement settling the unfair labor practice complaint previously filed against the Town of Milford, it is hereby ORDERED that the charges of unfair labor practice that are the subject matter of this case are hereby withdrawn and the case closed.
