ORDER WHEREAS a pre-hearing conference in this matter was convened at PELRB offices on June 3, 2005 before the undersigned hearing officer; and, WHEREAS, following discussions with the hearing officer and between themselves, the parties presented a written agreement indicating that they had reached a settlement of the instant unfair labor practice charge, subject to formal ratification by their respective constituencies, and that they would report the results of said ratification to the Board on or before July 1, 2005; it is hereby: ORDERED that the Board hearing scheduled for June 14, 2005 is cancelled and that this matter shall stand continued on the PELRB's docket of cases until July 1, 2005. Unless either party requests further PELRB proceedings on or before said date, the matter shall thereafter be administratively dismissed. So ordered. Signed this 3rd day of June, 2005. /s/ Peter C.
