ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification submitted by the representative for the complainant, stating that the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice complaint previously filed against AFSCME, Local 36757, Hillsborough County Corrections Employees, it is ORDERED that the charges of unfair labor practice that are the subject matter of this case are hereby withdrawn and the case closed.
