ORDER GRANTING NEW AFFILIATION

A "Petition to Change Affiliation" was filed with the Board on February 9, 2005, pursuant to Admin. Rule Pub 301.04, the supporting facts of which are accepted under the sworn statement of David Copson, Secretary of the Brookline Police Officer's Association ("Association"). Upon the representations of Mr. Copson and Association President Michael Kurland that the requirements of Admin. Rule Pub 301.04 have been fulfilled, that there is no objection to the change in affiliation by the existing representative, and that the exceptions filed in response to the petition by the Town of Brookline have been withdrawn as of April 11, 2005, it is hereby:

ORDERED that the new affiliation is GRANTED. The certified representative shall now be referred to as the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Council 93, Local 3657 (Brookline Police Officers Association).
