ORDER WHEREAS the representative for the Monadnock District Education Association, NEA-NH ("Association") and counsel for the Monadnock Regional School District ("District") have notified the Public Employee Labor Relations Board ("PELRB") by letters dated April 18, 2005 and April 20, 2005, respectively, that the parties have settled the above-entitled matters and therefore jointly request a postponement of the April 21, 2005 PELRB hearing pending their finalizing the agreement, it is hereby: ORDERED that the April 21, 2005 hearing is cancelled and these matter shall stand continued on the PELRB's docket of cases until May 15, 2005. Unless either party has filed a request for a hearing with the PELRB on or before May 15, 2005, these matters shall thereafter be administratively dismissed. So ordered.
