ORDER WHEREAS, the parties' representatives have indicated to the PELRB Hearing Officer that they have stipulated to a joint "Statement of Agreed Facts" and that, based upon such agreement, the April 26, 2005 evidentiary hearing is no longer necessary, it is hereby: ORDERED that the parties' representatives shall both execute the "Statement of Agreed Facts" and file said document with the PELRB on or before April 26, 2005, a long with their respective memorandums of law. In accordance with the Pre-Hearing Memorandum and Order, dated March 21, 2005 (PELRB Decision No. 2005-042), the record shall be deemed closed upon the PELRB's receipt of these documents, and a decision shall issue based solely upon the file documents, stipulated facts and exhibits, and the parties' legal memoranda, unless it is determined by the PELRB that a hearing is necessary prior to a final determination on the instant petition for declaratory ruling.
