ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT WHEREAS the parties were notified by PELRB Order (Decision No. 2005-032), dated March 9, 2005, that the instant case would remain open until April 1, 2005 unless either party requested the assistance of the PELRB to resolve issues arising in the selection of an arbitrator or scheduling of the arbitration hearing; and WHEREAS neither party requested such assistance, it is hereby: ORDERED that the unfair labor practice (ULP) complaint be, and hereby is, administratively dismissed.
