ORDER

WHEREAS the PELRB has received written notification, dated April 4, 2005 and signed by the parties' counsel, indicating that the parties have reached agreement on major issues in the instant case and that the parties are mutually requesting that the matter be held in abeyance for a period of six (6) months in order to afford them additional time to resolve the instant dispute in its entirety, it is hereby:

ORDERED that this matter shall stand continued on the PELRB's docket of cases until October 1, 2005. The parties shall notify the PELRB as soon as possible in the event that they are able to reach a final settlement. On or before August 1, 2005, Union counsel shall file a case status and arbitration report with the PELRB and provide a copy of same to counsel for the State. Union counsel shall also file a copy of any arbitration awards, related to the instant complaint, that have been issued as of that date. Unless either party has filed a request for a hearing with the PELRB on or before October 1, 2005, this matter shall be administratively dismissed.

So Ordered.
