ORDER

WHEREAS the above-referenced parties have provided written notification to the PELRB of an Assented to Motion to Extend the Deadline on Union's Filing of an Answer from March 30, 2005 to April 15, 2005, it is hereby:

ORDERED that Respondent's Assented to motion is granted, the Union's answer to the Town's petition shall be filed with the Board no later than April 15, 2005, and all other deadlines set out in the Board's pre-hearing order shall otherwise be followed.

SO ORDERED.
