ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification submitted by the representative for the complainant, stating that the Teamsters Local 633, Sandown Police Employees wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice complaint previously filed against the Town of Sandown, it is ORDERED that the charges of unfair labor practice that are the subject matter of this case are hereby dismissed and the case closed.
