ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification submitted by the representative for the complainant, stating that the Madison Education Association/NEA-NH wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice complaint previously filed against the Madison School District, it is ORDERED that the charges of unfair labor practice that are the subject matter of this case are hereby dismissed and the case closed.
