ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification submitted by the representative for the complainant, stating that the Professional Firefighters of Hudson, Local 3154, IAFF, AFL-CIO, CLC wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice complaint previously filed against the Town of Hudson, it is ORDERED that the charges of unfair labor practice that are the subject matter of this case are hereby dismissed without prejudice and the case closed.
