MODIFICATION OF CERTIFIED BARGAINING UNIT

A representation proceeding having been previously conducted by the Public Employee Labor Relations Board in accordance with RSA 273-A, and the Rules and Regulations of the Board, which resulted in the selection of an exclusive representative, and where the parties have now stipulated to a modification of the certified bargaining unit's composition, said stipulation being in conformity with the provisions of RSA 273-A; then,

Pursuant to the authority vested in the Board by the Public Employee Labor Relations Act, IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that LEBANON PROFESSIONAL, ADMINISTRATIVE AND SALARIED EMPLOYEES, is the exclusive representative of the employees of the above named public employer, in the unit as described below, for purposes of collective negotiations and settlement of grievances.

UNIT: Branch Librarian Coordinator, Reference Young Adult Librarian, Children's Librarian, Deputy Library Director, Library Information & Technology Librarian, Airport Operations Supervisors, Code Interpreter/Health Inspector, Code Enforcement Director/Zoning Administrator, Field Inspector, Code Enforcement Chief, Deputy Fire Chief, Police Lieutenant, Police Inspector, police Captain, Communications Commander, Assistant Recreation Director, Recreation Program Coordinator, Resource Management Group Leader, Public Utilities Maintenance Team Leader, Utilities Operations Group Leader, Public Ways Team Leader, Deputy Director Public Works/Oper. & Maint. Group Leader, Solid Waste Management, Group Leader, Water Treatment Plant Team Leader, Wastewater Treatment Plant Team Leader, Facilities & Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, Information Systems Manager, City Engineer, City Planner, Senior Planner City Assessor, Assistant Planner, Communications Supervisor and Assistant Assessor. EXCLUDED: Finance Director, Fire Chief, Police Chief, Library Director, Public Works Director, Recreation Director, City Clerk, Airport Manager, Welfare Director, Community Development Director, Tax Collector, Public Utilities Bookkeeper, Supervision Accountant and Deputy Police Chief.

Further, IT IS ORDERED that the above named public employer shall negotiate collectively with the exclusive representative named herein on terms and conditions of employment for the members of the bargaining unit, as herein described, and shall recognize the right of such exclusive representative to represent employees in the settlement of grievances.
