ORDER ON NOTICE TO SURRENDER Whereas written notification has been received from Teamsters Local 633 of New Hampshire stating its intent to voluntarily surrender its certification as bargaining agent for the bargaining unit established per PELRB Case No. M-0743, and Whereas, pursuant to Pub 301.03 (j), Teamsters Local 633 of New Hampshire has given notice of such intent to surrender to the members of said bargaining unit, the request is hereby: GRANTED. Effective this day the Teamsters Local 633 is no longer certified as bargaining agent and it shall have no further responsibilities under the collective bargaining agreement, or under those provisions of RSA 273-A giving it authority to bargain collectively.
