ORDER ON MOTION FOR REHEARING

The Public Employee Labor Relations Board (PELRB), meeting on March 14, 2005, took the following actions:

1. It reviewed the respondent City's Motion for Rehearing filed on February 3, 2005 and the Complainant Desilets' Objection to the City's Motion for Rehearing filed on February 11, 2005.

2. It re-examined the record in this matter, including the Complainant's unfair labor practice complaints, the City of Manchester's Answer and Motion to Dismiss, and the parties' post-hearing memorandums of law.

3. It reviewed PELRB Decision Nos. 2004-168 and 2005-003, previously issued in this matter.

4. It DENIED the City's Motion for Rehearing.
