ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification submitted by the representative for the complainant, stating that the Berlin Educational Support Staff, NEA-New Hampshire wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice complaint previously filed against the Berlin School District, it is ORDERED that the charges of unfair labor practice that are the subject matter of this case are hereby withdrawn without prejudice and the case closed.
