ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification submitted by the representative for the complainant, stating that AFSCME, Local 572 wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice complaint previously filed against the City of Dover, it is ORDERED that the charges of unfair labor practice that are the subject matter of this case are hereby withdrawn and the case closed.
