MOTION FOR REHEARING The Board, conferred for the purpose of considering the Petitioner's Motion for Rehearing took the following actions: 1. It reviewed the Fall Mountain Regional Educational Support Personnel Association's Motion for Rehearing filed on February 2, 2005 pursuant to RSA 541 and N.H. Admin R. Pub 205.02 and the Fall Mountain Regional School District's Objection thereto filed on February 14, 2005. 2. It examined the previous Decision #2004-148 issued on January 4, 2005.. 3.
