ORDER WHEREAS the parties participated in a telephone conference with the PELRB Hearing Officer on February 4, 2005 and subsequently filed a joint "Memorandum of Agreement," dated February 9, 2005, it is hereby: ORDERED that the instant matter shall be held in abeyance until May 1, 2005 and that the Union, as Complainant in this proceeding, shall notify the Board immediately in the event the case is resolved. Furthermore, a status conference is hereby scheduled for 9:30 AM on May 2, 2005 at PELRB offices, Concord, New Hampshire, to be conducted by the PELRB Hearing Officer.
