ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification submitted by the representative for the complainant, stating that the International Brotherhood of Police Officers, Local 563 wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice complaint previously filed against the Town of Atkinson, it is ORDERED that the charges of unfair labor practice that are the subject matter of this case are hereby withdrawn and the case closed.
