ORDER

WHEREAS, pursuant to PELRB Decision No. 2005-001, this matter was continued on the PELRB's docket of cases until February 2, 2005, and

WHEREAS, the PELRB is in receipt of correspondence from both the Complainant and the Respondent, on February 1st and February 2nd, 2005, respectively, indicating their agreement to continue this matter for an additional period of thirty (30) days in order to conduct good faith negotiations; it is hereby:

ORDERED that this matter shall stand continued on the PELRB's docket of cases until March 4, 2005. Unless either party requests further PELRB proceedings with respect to the instant unfair labor practice charge on or before said date, the matter shall thereafter be administratively dismissed.
