ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT WHEREAS the parties were notified by PELRB Order (Decision No. 2004-015), dated February 12, 2004, that within thirty (30) days of the issuance of the Board's decision in PELRB Case No. P-0754-13, either party may request that the pre-hearing conference in this matter be re-scheduled and that if neither party sought a rescheduling within said time period, this matter would be dismissed from the PELRB's docket; and WHEREAS the Board's decision in PELRB Case No. P-0754-13 was issued on March 15, 2004 (Decision No. 2004-014) and neither party requested that the pre-hearing conference be rescheduled within thirty (30) days of said date, it is hereby: ORDERED that the unfair labor practice (ULP) complaint be, and hereby is, administratively dismissed.
