ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINTS WHEREAS the parties were notified by PELRB Order (PELRB Decision No. 2004-173, dated October 29, 2004) that unless either party filed a written request for a hearing before the Board on or before January 1, 2005 these cases would be administratively dismissed; and WHEREAS neither party requested by said date that a Board hearing be convened, it is hereby: ORDERED that the above-entitled unfair labor practice (ULP) complaints are hereby dismissed.
