ORDER

WHEREAS a pre-hearing conference in this matter was conducted at PELRB offices on January 3, 2005 before the undersigned Hearing Officer, and,

WHEREAS, following discussions with the Hearing Officer and between themselves, the parties' indicated that they had reached an agreement to return to the bargaining table for good faith negotiations, to include, but not necessarily limited to, the issues raised in the instant unfair labor practice charge; it is hereby:

ORDERED that this matter shall stand continued on the PELRB's docket of cases until February 2, 2005. Unless either party requests further PELRB proceedings on or before said date, the matter shall thereafter be administratively dismissed.
