ORDER WHEREAS the above-referenced parties have jointly filed a "Proposed Order," dated March 31, 2004, in which they have expressly agreed to proceed to arbitration on the underlying grievances referenced in the above-captioned unfair labor practice charges, that all issues presented within the unfair labor practice charges may be presented by the Petitioners in the arbitration proceeding, and the City agrees to the arbitrability of these grievances, it is hereby: ORDERED that the parties' proposed order is granted; that the April 1, 2004 hearing before the Board is hereby cancelled; that this case shall be held in abeyance by the Board pending the parties' participation in grievance arbitration and the issuance of an arbitrator's award; and that unless either party files a request with the Board for further hearing and review within thirty (30) days of the arbitrator's decision, this case shall be administratively dismissed from the Board's docket of cases. The Unions, as Complainants in these pending unfair labor
practice charges, shall notify the Board of the status of the arbitration case
every 120 days and until the issuance of an award. Upon receipt of the
arbitrator's award, a copy shall be forwarded to the Board within five (5)
