ORDER Based upon the parties' written submissions presented to the Board in response to the Pre-Hearing Memorandum and Order issued in this matter and dated March 8, 2004, a hearing will be convened at PELRB offices on April 8, 2004 at 9:30 AM. The previously scheduled hearing for Case No: A-0428-215 is hereby postponed and will be rescheduled in due course. The purpose of the hearing in this matter will be to hear evidence and argument on the following issues:
As the Union and the Employer are more likely to have access to the requisite information, they are hereby ordered to present evidence at the hearing as to the total number of employees in the certified bargaining unit. This shall include (1) the total number of employees covered by the Agreement between the Union and the Hillsborough County Sheriff and the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, dated July 1, 2001 - June 30, 2003, (2) the total number of employees covered by the Agreement Between the Union and the Hillsborough County Commissioners and Hillsborough County Department of Corrections, dated July 1, 1995 - June 30, 2002, and (3) the total number of (a) deputy sheriffs and correctional officers of the County Jail, (b) Deputy sheriffs, secretaries, clerk typists and account clerks of the Sheriffs Department, and (c) correctional officers and security guards at the House of Correction.
