ORDER WHEREAS a Motion to Extend Deadline was filed on March 30, 2004 by counsel for the complainant requesting an additional period of time, specifically until April 15, 2004 and to consider an offer of settlement. WHEREAS said motion indicated that counsel for the respondent has no objection to the instant motion; ORDERED that this matter shall stand continued on the PELRB's docket of cases until April 15, 2004 and shall not be rescheduled at this time. If neither party shall have formally requested, on or before April 15, 2004, that this matter be re-scheduled for a hearing before the PELRB, this matter shall be dismissed with prejudice from the PELRB's docket.
