ORDER WHEREAS a hearing was scheduled to be held before the PELRB on March 9, 2004 and a Motion to Reschedule Hearing was filed on March 5, 2004 by counsel for the complainant; and WHEREAS said motion indicated that counsel for the respondent has no objection to the instant request for a continuance and that the parties are actively engaged in substantive settlement negotiations; ORDERED that this matter shall stand continued on the PELRB's docket of cases until March 31, 2004 and shall not be rescheduled at this time. If neither party shall have formally requested, on or before March 31, 2004, that this matter be re-scheduled for a hearing before the PELRB, this matter shall be dismissed with prejudice from the PELRB's docket.
