ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that the Durham Professional Firefighters, Local 2253, IAFF, AFL-CIO,CLC wishes to withdraw without prejudice the unfair labor practice complaint previously filed against the, Town of Durham, it is ORDERED that the charges of unfair labor practice that are the subject matter of this case are hereby withdrawn without prejudice and the case closed.
