MODIFICATION OF CERTIFIED BARGAINING UNIT

A representation proceeding having been previously conducted by the Public Employee Labor Relations Board in accordance with RSA 273-A, and the Rules and Regulations of the Board, which resulted in the selection of an exclusive representative, and where the parties have now stipulated to a modification of the certified bargaining unit's composition, said stipulation being in conformity with the provisions of RSA 273-A; then,

Pursuant to the authority vested in the Board by the Public Employee Labor Relations Act, IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that the MANCHESTER PROFESSIONAL FIREFIGHTERS, LOCAL 856, IAFF, is the exclusive representative of the employees of the above named public employer, in the unit as described below, for purposes of collective negotiations and the settlement of grievances.

UNIT: All regular Fire Department employees with the classifications of Firefighter, Fire Lieutenant, Fire Captain, Emergency Services Dispatcher (Fire), Emergency Communication Supervisor (Fire), Electronic Systems Technician I and II, Fire Prevention Inspector I and II, Fire Training Instructor, Equipment Mechanic II and Emergency Medical Services Coordinator, excluding all other Fire Department employees and personnel.

Further, IT IS ORDERED that the above named public employer shall negotiate collectively with the exclusive representative named herein on terms and conditions of employment for the members of the bargaining unit, as herein described, and shall recognize the right of such exclusive representative to represent employees in the settlement of grievances.
