ORDER WHEREAS the undersigned hearing officer conducted a telephone conference with the parties' representatives on February 10, 2004 during which it was agreed that the instant case may be postponed pending the outcome of the Board's decision in Case No. P-0754-13, said case involving the same or similar issues, it is hereby: ORDERED that the pre-hearing conference scheduled for February 11, 2004 is postponed and this matter shall stand continued and held in abeyance on the PELRB's docket of cases until further notice. Within thirty (30) days of the issuance of the Board's decision in PELRB Case No. P-0754-13, either party may request that the pre-hearing conference be re-scheduled. If neither party seeks rescheduling within said time period, this matter shall be dismissed without prejudice from the PELRB's docket. So ordered. Signed this 12th day of February, 2004. /s/ Peter C.
