ORDER GRANTING NEW AFFILIATION A "Notice of Disaffiliation" was filed with the Board on January 29, 2004 pursuant to Admin. Rule Pub 301.04. Upon representations of Stephen M. Meserve that the requirements of Admin. Rule Pub 301.04 have been fulfilled, and that no objection to the change in affiliation has been filed, it is ORDERED that the previous affiliation with IBPO Local 466 is DISSOLVED and the exclusive representative shall be the Dover Police Association.
