ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that the Londonderry School District wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice complaint previously filed against AFSCME Local 1801, Londonderry School Support Staff, it is ORDERED that the charges of unfair labor practice that are the subject matter of this case are hereby withdrawn and the case closed.
