ORDER

WHEREAS a pre-hearing conference was held on January 20, 2004 at the offices of the Public Employee Labor Relations Board (PELRB) and the representatives of the above-referenced parties indicated to the Hearings Officer a willingness to further exchange information, to more specifically articulate their respective claims and defenses, and, upon doing so, to explore possible opportunities for settlement, it is hereby:

ORDERED that this matter shall stand continued on the PELRB's docket of cases until March 20, 2004. Moreover, the Complainant Union shall file an amended Complaint with the PELRB on or before February 10, 2004, wherein it shall specify, in greater detail, the facts and statutory provisions upon which its' claims are based. The Respondent Town shall thereafter file its' amended Answer with the PELRB within fourteen (14) days of the Union's filing, to include an amended pre-hearing worksheet. Unless either party files a request for a Board hearing on or before March 20, 2003, this case shall be administratively dismissed. The parties are advised that in the event that a Board hearing is sought, the pre-hearing conference will not be re-convened, unless otherwise directed by the Board or its presiding officer, and a pre-hearing memorandum and order shall thereafter be issued.
