ORDER

WHEREAS the above-referenced parties have provided written notification to the PELRB of their joint request that the instant matter be held in abeyance until February 12, 2004 in order to allow the parties, in good faith, a period of time to work toward settlement of the underlying issue without requiring the intervention of the Board, it is hereby:

ORDERED, that this matter be held in abeyance until February 12, 2004. These matters shall be administratively dismissed on that date unless either party has requested, in writing, that the matters be returned to the PELRB docket for appropriate action.
