ORDER

The Board meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on January 8, 2004, took the following actions:

1. The parties shall meet on a mutually agreed date, on or before January 30, 2004, and use their good faith effort to negotiate settlement of all outstanding issues presented in these matters.

2. The City of Keene shall present the first settlement proposal to the unions at the initial meeting of the parties.

3. The parties have agreed to extend until March 1, 2004 the time limitation on making a demand for arbitration as appears in Article XIX, Section 4 of the parties' collective bargaining agreement.

4. The PELRB shall hold the instant proceedings in abeyance for a period of sixty(60) calendar days to allow the parties to resolve their outstanding issues as presented in these matters. Thereafter, these matters shall be administratively dismissed unless either party has requested, in writing, that the matters be returned to the PELRB docket for appropriate action.
