ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that the State Employees' Association of NH/Local 1984, wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the Merrimack County Department of Corrections relative to failure to bargain in good faith and interference with rights of bargaining unit members by "direct dealing" with organized employees, it is ORDERED that the charges of unfair labor practice that are the subject matter of this complaint are hereby withdrawn.
