MOTION FOR REHEARING
The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire
on March 20, 2003, took the following actions:
1. It reviewed the Union's Motion for Rehearing filed
February 27, 2003 and the Town's objections thereto filed March 10, 2003.
2. It examined the unfair labor practice (ULP) complaint
filed by the Union on June 4, 2002, the answer filed by the Town on July 3,
2002, the Union's Motion to Clarify/Amend filed August 7, 2002, the Union's
Motion for Default filed July 10, 2002, the Union's objections to the Town's
Motion to Dismiss filed July 24, 2002, the Town's objection to Motion for
Default filed July 25, 2002, the pre-hearing order (Decision No. 2002-086)
dated July 29, 2002, and the post-hearing briefs filed by the Town on December
30, 2002 and by the Union December 31, 2002.
3. It reviewed its decision in this matter (Decision No.
2003-005) dated February 7, 2003.
4. It DENIED the Motion for Rehearing.
So ordered.
