MOTION FOR REHEARING

The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire on March 20, 2003, took the following actions:

1. It reviewed the City's Motion for Rehearing filed February 14, 2003 and the Union's objections thereto filed March 3, 2003.

2. It examined the unfair labor practice (ULP) complaint filed by the Union against the City on August 27, 2002, the City's answer thereto filed on September 10, 2002 and the pre-hearing order (Decision No. 2002-123) dated October 10, 2002.

3. It reviewed its decision in this matter (Decision No. 2002-148) dated January 16, 2003.

4. It DENIED the City's Motion for Rehearing.

So ordered.
