MOTION FOR REHEARING

The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire on February 13, 2003, took the following actions:

1. It reviewed the Association’s Motion for Rehearing filed January 22, 2003 and the District’s response thereto filed February 4, 2003.

2. It examined the District’s unfair labor practice (ULP) complaint filed August 12, 2002 and its Motion for an Interim Cease and Desist Order filed September 10, 2002, the Association’s answer filed August 27, 2002, and the pre-hearing memorandum and order dated September 19, 2002 (Decision No 2002-109).

3. It reviewed the parties’ post-hearing briefs filed on December 17, 2002 and December 18, 2002, respectively, as well as its decision in this matter (Decision No. 2002-150) dated December 23, 2002.

4. It DENIED the Association’s Motion for Rehearing.

So ordered.
