ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that AFSCME Local 2301/Seabrook Supervisory Employees, wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the Town of Seabrook relative to refusal to bargain and breach of contract with respect to position and salary of Deputy Fire Chief, it is ORDERED that the charges of unfair labor practice that are the subject matter of this complaint are hereby withdrawn in accordance with the parties’ stipulated settlement as submitted.
