ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that the Tamworth Educational Support Personnel Association/NEA-New Hampshire, wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the Tamworth School Board, for breach of contract and refusing to bargain by working bargaining unit members outside of classification, it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice (ULP) complaint be, and the same hereby is DIMISSED.
